Dear Parents,

Welcome to Zoi School and thank you for choosing us as your trusted partner in this journey of parenting.

At Zoi School, we’re on a mission to enable all children to feel loved and safe, so that they grow up to experience life in its entirety. We share this mission with YOU - who are dedicated to the tasks of love and safety for your children. Zoi means “life”. And we created Zoi School to provide life giving time and space for families of all kinds, so that together we can create a world where every child can embrace their uniqueness and confidently navigate their journey of self-discovery.

This journey begins from their homes, through their parents. Let’s make this beautiful for them.

Why is this important?

We all want to be loved and protected. This is us, six million years in making. We have evolved to belong to a safe, loving environment and relationships in life. And especially, when we fill our children’s lives with love and safety, they grow up to become self accepting, self loving and emotionally healthy individuals. This is the greatest gift we can give to our children - help them develop a secure sense of self - to help them identify their uniqueness and nurture it, instil good life values and give them a wide and compassionate worldview.

This sense of self is rooted in two fundamental things - 1. the inner child which is a part of our psyche that embodies our childhood experience, emotions, and memories and 2. our core beliefs and values which are unconscious and deeply embedded in how we perceive ourselves, others and the world around us. We call this the inner core.

Our inner core determines how we respond to different live events - wins, losses, challenges and adversities. A secure inner core allows us to embrace our authenticity, be better in our relationships, live in alignment with our values and have greater clarity of our purpose. An insecure inner core limits us from living fully, never being able to know what we’re capable of.

How can we help?

You have the greatest impact during your children’s early years. We understand that despite your best intent and efforts, you can sometimes feel ill-equipped and overwhelmed when it comes to finding the right resources to engage your children. We live in a world where there is a growing false need for children to hyper specialise, either academics or sports or something else. We want our children to be Elon Musk, Christiano Ronaldo, Taylor Swift, but in this aspiration, we lose “the person” the child could become. We may well prepare them for professional success but their holistic development and the nurturing of the whole person gets neglected. This costs a lot for our children when they grow up.

At Zoi School, we respect that every family is unique and that your parenting is values-based. We focus on enhancing you with the right tools, structure and content, without altering your unique family values. We’re not here to teach you how to parent but to equip you with tools and practices that fosters your child’s self-expression and emotional growth, allowing their inner core to flourish.

For us, success is parents like you embracing our lessons as a natural part of your family routine, witnessing your children grow into confident, self-aware, and compassionate individuals. It is seeing you feel empowered with trusted resources, enhancing your ability to nurture your child's inner core.
